10g Active instant yeast

Yeast is the symbol of vital force, it gives life to the dough, as the earth gives life to the wheat berry.

Active dry yeast 10g is used for bread dough, pizza, cakes and other bakery products.

Recommendation use: 10g of Pakmaya yeast for 500g of flour;

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, mix and pour over the flour after 5 – 10 minutes.

Active dry yeast is different from Active instant yeast through the dissolving stage before using into the dough.
