Recommended recipe:

  • 2 kg of Instant vanilla creme powder
  • 5 L of milk.

Pour in a bowl 6.5 L of cold milk (from the refrigerator).

Caution: Fresh milk must be boiled and cooled before use!

Add the powder bag over milk, blend the ingredients for 1 min at low speed, then mix for 3 min more at high speed until it is obtained a consistent cream. Use the cream to fill Crempita leaves.

The cake must be kept in the refrigerator for 3 hours before eating it.
