21% Macaron Mix, 2kg bag

21% Macaron Mix is a powder product, with the following advantages:

  • economic mix for macarons, with a balanced quality / price range;
  • the mix contains almonds powder which ensures a special taste, soft core and crunchy crust;
  • very easy to use, no special conditions required;
  • the mix is available as simple (neutral colour) and in 6 colours range (yellow, red, blue, brown, green and peach).

Recommended recipe: 1 kg of 21% Macaron Mix, 0.2 L of water.

Working procedure: Add the mix and the water in the mixers jar. Blend with a whisk for 4 min and pour into round shapes. Let to settle on the table for 15 to 30 min. Bake at 135°C, for 13 to 15 min, depending on the weight and the loading rate in the oven.
