Brownie Mix, 10kg sack

Brownie Mix is a powder product, with the following advantages:

  • the mix can be used also for other products such as cakes and cake layers with cocoa;
  • provides wet and rich texture to the product, plain colour and rich chocolate taste;
  • the final product can be cooled.

Recommended recipe: 1 kg of Brownie Mix, 0.4 kg of fresh eggs (8 pieces), 0.4 L of oil, 0.2 L of water.

Working procedure: All the ingredients are poured in the pastry mixer and blended at low speed for 30 sec and 4 min at high speed to emulsify. The mixture is poured in the baking pan (about ½ from pans capacity). Baking is set to 160 – 180°C, no steam, for 45 to 50 min, depending on the weight and the loading rate of the oven. is a powder product, with the following advantages:
