Working procedure: Pour the pudding powder in a bowl and blend it with the sugar and a part of milk. Boil the rest of the milk. Pour the first mix over the hot milk, and blend it continuously with a whisk. Boil in a small fire until it it has the wanted consistency. Pour the pudding into pans and let it cool into the refrigerator.
