Usage Recommendation

Dry yeast is dosed according to the recipes, respecting the proportion 1 part dry yeast replaces 3 parts fresh yeast. 1 sachet of Pakmaya Instant yeast 10 g is recommended for approximately 700g of flour (for regular bread dough). No dissolving required. Bread machine kneading: dry yeast is added directly into the flour in the machine bowl. Hand kneading: add the dry yeast directly into the flour, with the other ingredients, then mix well. Before baking, the dough is left to rise.
