Rumenita range includes 4 different products, suitable for bread specialties with sourdough and ingredients from 100% natural sources.

Rumenița with graham flour Premix

  • Contains 60% ingredients rich in fiber (graham flour, wheat bran, vegetable fibers);
  • Authentic taste, increased acidity due to the content of dehydrated rye maize and rye malt flour;
  • Source of fiber – provides 3 times more fiber than white bread produced following the classic recipe.

 

Rumenița with rye flour Premix

  • Contains 55% rye ingredients (1150 rye flour, dehydrated rye sourdough, fermented rye malt flour);
  • Authentic taste, increased acidity due to the content of dehydrated rye maize and rye malt flour;
  • The bread has low carbohydrates content (10% lower than the white wheat bread).

 

Rumenița with seeds and cereals Premix

  • High and varied seeds content (42.5%) – sunflower, linseeds, soy and chia
  • Rich in fiber – contains wheat bran, barley and rye malt flour, that gives the dark coloring to the core;
  • Source of fiber – provides 2 times more fiber than the white bread produced following the classic recipe;
  • Authentic taste, increased acidity due to the content of dehydrated rye maize and rye malt flour;
  • Provides 4 times more fat content than the white bread produced following the classic recipe;
  • The bread has low carbohydrates content (20% lower than the white wheat bread).

 

Rumenița white with seeds Premix

  • Contains 50% seeds – sunflower, linseeds, soy;
  • Authentic taste, increased acidity due to dehydrated wheat corn content;
  • Source of fiber.

 

Dosage: 30% premix, 70% white wheat flour 650.

Packaging: 15 kg Bag + 150 bread packages.
