The content of one package is enough for 500 ml liquid. Pour the package content over 80-100 ml of cold water and leave to hydrate for 10 minutes.Then heat on a water bath (max. 60ËšC), mixing until it is completely dissolved. Allow to cool and then add it into the product to be prepared. Warning: boiling destroys the gelatine!
