Premix Eka Pandișpan, 10 kg sack

Eka Pandișpan is a premix made for cake dough and spongecake with the following advantages:

  • provides the final product a core with even porosity, long-time freshness and special taste;
  • the edges remain straight and good-looking when the final product is cut.


Recommended recipe: 1 kg of Eka Pandișpan Premix; 0.43 kg of eggs (8 pieces); 0.23 L of milk.

Working procedure: Blend all the ingredients for 1 min at low speed, then mix for 6 – 7 min at high speed, until the mixture doubles its volume. Baking is set at 180 ºC, for 35 min.
