Sunflower oil | 0.315 |
Water | 0.405 |
Working procedure:
The Mix and the water are blended at low speed in the mixer’s pan, then mixed for about 30 sec at medium speed.
Return to low speed, add the oil slowly and continue mixing until it’s wholly blended, then mix at medium speed for 1 min (until it turns white).
Pour into pan shapes and bake it (at 180 – 200 °C, for 12 – 15 min).
